Central Welding Company officially opened in January of 2015. Jerod Fricke, former product manager of M&F Fabrication and Welding, took the reins and formed CWC. M&F was formed in 2011, since then the small company had grown into a capable fabrication facility, focusing manufacturing some of the best attachments and livestock equipment found on today's farms.
In the first year of business, Jerod spent a lot of time repairing light weight loader and three point attachments. After being tasked with a few bale spears that were beyond repair, he built his own bale spear (pictured below). It was obvious there was a need for better quality built pieces of equipment. After a few minor design changes, and some "on the farm research and development" M&F began manufacturing and distributing Jerod's bale spear designs throughout western and central Illinois. Jerod has since continued to grow his line of equipment, and now as an owner of Central Welding Company, will continue to manufacture and distribute these great products to an ever growing customer base.
